Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to manage an independent practice with organizational support.
- Experience creating financial strategies and presenting tailored recommendations to clients.
- 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, insurance, banking, or related advisory profession.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Strong business development, networking, and consultative sales skills.
- Demonstrated success building client relationships and growing a book of business.
- Desire to leverage Principal's brand, technology, and comprehensive solutions to expand market presence and deliver greater value to clients.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required.
