Job summary

Candidates will coordinate across agencies to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps. Required are extensive experience in financial reporting, audit-ready documentation, and leadership reporting for the Intelligence Community, with a TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience performing financial reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and cost review for Intelligence Community
• Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience using financial management software, including general ledger management, expense categorization, reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements or monthly reporting packages.
• Proven expertise preparing audit-ready financial documentation, conducting variance analyses, and developing clear, accurate reporting products for senior leadership within the Intelligence Community

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational environment to identify gaps between objectives and execution.
• Develop and document multiyear roadmaps and milestones aligned with requirements.
• Design governance frameworks to improve transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Lead workshops, coordinate interagency efforts, and track metrics and dashboards.
