Highmark Health is seeking a finance professional to support the hospital CFO by monitoring financial performance and delivering insights to leadership. You will collaborate with operational leaders to enable informed decisions, align with corporate finance policies, and provide reporting and training as needed.
The role focuses on monthly reporting, budget validation, KPI analysis, and collaboration across hospital and corporate teams to drive financial performance and accountability.
This job is responsible for supporting the hospital chief financial officer in overseeing the financial performance of the hospital. This job will work closely with operational leaders to ensure they have the access, reporting and training required to make operational and financial decisions. The position will collaborate with corporate finance teams to ensure alignment of corporate financial processes and policies in the hospital. The position will assist the CFO in providing insights to hospital and corporate leadership on the financial drivers for the hospital.
