Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago seeks a Senior FP&A professional to provide financial planning and analysis support to Global BTS. You will manage actuals, plan, LBEs and LRP, delivering insights to VPs and BMO. The role involves budget scope of 700MM+ and 800+ headcount, and partnership across finance and operating teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 8–10 years FP&A, SAP or SAP BPC experience, and strong communication skills to operate with ambiguity and drive results.

• Prior supervisory and FP&A experience required.
• Ability to present data at high level. Strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with capital finance manager and BMO in support for IT projects submission for plan and LRP. Review RCEs.
• Quarterly Balance sheet forecast and actual balance review for Corporate. Includes prepaids, Fixed Asset, CIP and asset Write Offs.
• Facilitate audit. Ensure compliance with CFM and financial controls are in place.
