Job summary

Sabra, a PepsiCo subsidiary, is seeking a Financial Close & Reporting professional to own end-to-end monthly and annual closes, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance across the general ledger.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax, and Treasury to translate financial results into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and support audits and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience (public accounting or corporate accounting)
• Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial results
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts to identify key drivers, variances, and potential risks
• Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and insights to support decision-making
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal control environment
• Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and close activities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness
• Support system implementations by performing UAT testing, identifying defects, and coordinating issue resolution with project team
