Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance in the San Mateo or Salt Lake City area to support financial planning, analysis and reporting. This full-time role focuses on building budgets, forecasts and finance models to inform business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure policies compliance, and assist with audits and month-end close. 3+ years in finance and strong Excel skills are required; sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Open to transfers and new sponsorship (H1B, TN).
• Based in San Mateo or Salt Lake City, USA.
• CPA or CFA is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
