Job summary

FXI, a leading foam innovator, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in Radnor, PA. Hybrid work with in-office Mon, Tue, Thu.

You will partner with Component Solutions leadership, build advanced financial models, analyze margins and customer profitability, and drive strategic pricing decisions. You will own management reporting, dashboards, and quarterly reviews, delivering data-driven insights to executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus).
• 5-8+ years’ progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel; experience with large, complex datasets and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
• Travel requirements up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Component Solutions sales and leadership teams, delivering insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin, customer profitability, product mix, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Own and enhance internal management reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial review materials for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, drivers, and recommendations.
• Proactively identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, including new business, pricing strategies, and profit improvement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership) to support execution of financial and operational initiatives.
• Support capital investment analysis and post-investment performance tracking.
• Independently manage ad hoc analytical projects with minimal oversight, providing clear, data-driven conclusions.
• Act as a mentor or informal resource to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and best practices across the team.
