The Flex is building the next generation of flexible accommodation by blending hospitality, technology and operations to simplify how people rent homes. We operate properties across multiple cities and countries while scaling internationally.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will own critical financial processes, analyze performance, and help us make better decisions as we scale. You will work with operations, revenue management and leadership to drive profitability and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate to actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and dashboarding.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day financial reporting and controls, ensuring accuracy and support for management figures.
• Identify and automate repetitive finance processes in collaboration with engineering.
• Reconcile payments from distribution channels and ensure timely, accurate receipts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and track cash flow; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and review supplier invoices.
• Oversee statutory filings and multi-jurisdictional compliance; liaise with external accountants and auditors.
• Build dashboards and real-time reporting for management visibility.
• Analyze profitability by property, city, country and business unit; support budgeting and forecasting.
