City of Colton is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in the Finance Department to lead the citywide budget development, perform advanced financial analyses, and support fiscal planning. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, four years in finance or accounting, including two in government, and a California driver's license.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
• Four years of finance or accounting experience, including at least two years in or with a governmental agency.
• Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise the City’s annual budget development.
• Develop statistical information and reports to analyze budgetary and financial performance.
• Coordinate and perform complex accounting and budget duties with independent judgment; ensure records reconcile.
