Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible accounting/finance experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations in accordance with GAAP and higher education standards.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and cash.
• Partner with CFO and leadership to support budgeting and planning.
• Lead and develop accounting staff and drive process improvements.
