Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Rensselaer, NY seeks a Sr Staff Fill/Finish MFG Engineer to serve as an expert for formulation, aseptic filling, visual inspection, assembly, and packaging processes.

You will support equipment design, process development, tech transfer, and validation activities in a hands-on role within the operations team. Responsibilities include leading tech transfer studies, supporting cGMP start-up, and contributing to training and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering with 12 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience with formulation, aseptic filling, and packaging processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead tech transfer studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support validation and training activities for equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to source and implement materials.
• Review SOPs and regulatory documents as needed.
• Assist in capital expenditure recommendations and project realization.
