Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Senior Field Technician - Water Transfer Operations in Washington, PA. You will lead crews, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor systems with limited supervision to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include leading technicians, setting up pumps and filtration, handling emergency repairs, maintaining records, and communicating with supervisors. Travel to job sites and multi-day assignments are expected; 12-hour shifts with overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of water transfer experience.
• Strong working knowledge of frac site operations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• 12-hour shifts, days & nights, overtime & weekends.
