Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Technician to anchor our most complex placements in structural concrete, deep foundations, masonry, and steel. You will lead pours, mentor junior technicians, interface with engineers and building officials, and own the accuracy of the record on high-stakes projects.

You will experience early starts, travel for defined programs, and a path to senior leadership within our multi-state team.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+ or ACI certifications are required or achievable.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work; Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs; Mentor and check junior field technicians; Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials; Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
