Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks Senior Technician candidates to anchor large placements and special inspection scopes, leading pours and ensuring high-quality records on critical projects.

You will mentor junior technicians, interface with engineers and officials, and own the documentation under IBC programs. Travel across multiple states is expected, with growth toward lead roles in inspections, labs, or project management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• Comfortable owning the testing record on major placements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
