Steri-Clean of Southwest Michigan is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our team in Portage, MI. You will perform on-site cleaning, decontamination, and remediation in sensitive environments, working closely with clients with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site cleaning, decontamination, and remediation including biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanups, and odor removal.
• Communicate empathetically and professionally with clients.
• Follow OSHA and safety protocols; use PPE.
• Operate cleaning equipment: foggers, vacuums, floor buffers.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials used, and time spent.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
