RWDI in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Field Technician – Source Emission to lead and execute complex on-site stack testing across industrial sectors. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with leadership, client-facing responsibilities, and mentorship to ensure safety and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Air Quality, strong analytical and computer skills, and may travel to support projects. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Environmental Technology, Engineering or Chemistry or a related field.
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years experience in the Air Quality field.
• Ambient monitoring experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site stack testing and source emissions monitoring per regulatory methods.
• Plan and manage field deployments, logistics, equipment prep, and safety.
• Analyze data and ensure QA/QC throughout testing and reporting.
