Job summary

Schemmer is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to organize, execute, and coordinate surveying services for a variety of projects in Tulsa, OK. You will lead field activities, support CADD/CIM drafting, and help deliver accurate work on time and within budget.

The role requires seven or more years of relevant experience, knowledge of surveying principles, Trimble equipment, and proficiency with CADD/CIM software, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of job-related surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, quality control, and legal aspects.
• Experience with Trimble equipment and CADD/CIM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize, execute, and coordinate field surveying services and related CADD/CIM drafting activities.
• Apply survey procedures, quality-control standards, and legal principles when evaluating field and legal evidence.
• Perform surveys and associated tasks using data-collection and processing techniques.
• Conduct preliminary studies and field investigations to support project cost estimates.
• Train, mentor, and help direct less-experienced technicians while supporting client needs, schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Follow Schemmer’s Health and Safety Manual and all contractor-specific safety requirements.
