Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands is seeking a Field Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors) and oversee job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will review schedules, train installers, monitor progress, and ensure proper permits and materials are loaded for each job.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in construction field operations, focus on sunrooms, doors and windows.
• Must understand all product lines and diagnose and correct service problems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in customer/employee/subcontractor interactions.
• Well organized, able to think on your feet and use technology proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch quality standards.
• Measure jobs.
• Check jobs for potential installation problems before start.
• Review concerns with Installation Supervisor and Regional Operations Manager.
• Review contracts with customers.
• Diagnose and/or perform service work.
• Install jobs as needed.
• Train employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure crews know job details and have loaded materials/equipment.
• Oversee performance of Lead Installers and Apprentices and train them.
• Obtain building permits as required.
• Review schedule with Installation Supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned.
