Job summary

USA DeBusk Pipeline Integrity is seeking a Senior Field Supervisor for the El Campo, TX area to lead field teams on complex pipeline integrity projects. The role requires guiding crews safely, coordinating field execution, and maintaining auditable documentation for multiple crews.

Qualified candidates will have 7–10 years in pipeline integrity or related midstream operations with supervisory responsibility, strong client-facing communication skills, and the ability to mentor supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of pipeline integrity or related midstream operations experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience managing crews and concurrent field operations.
• Strong understanding of field logistics, equipment utilization, and crew scheduling.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage field-level customer interactions.
• Proven ability to mentor supervisors and develop technical and leadership skills.

• Comply with HS&E Policies and Safety Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking to hire a Senior Field Supervisor to join our team in El Campo, TX.

The Senior Field Supervisor is an experienced manager and who can lead a crew safely and effectively through complex pipeline integrity projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and develop team members.
• Assist in training all new employees in completion of expected job duties in accordance with all company and customer policies.
• Supervise staff members’ workplace performance and attendance.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly, adheres to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures.
• Ability to serve as primary point of contact for field execution and job coordination.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours and rotational schedules.
• Comfort working around pressurized systems and hydrocarbons.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if
• Physically capable of listening, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.

Certifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Field operating certifications (i.e., forklift), OSHA Basic (nice to have).
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night).
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for each project, including immediate deployment, and perform work at industrial facilities.
