Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a field construction supervisor to manage day-to-day activities, supervise craft employees and subcontractors, and coordinate with the project schedule. This role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and LEAN planning, with progression through Steps I, II, and Sr.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists in or conducts review of shop drawings and design conflicts and manages Quality Control and Safety responsibilities.
• Assists in or manages equipment selection, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Ensures safety plan is executed and all project controls are followed.
• Oversees manpower, equipment, material, and subcontract activities per project schedule.
• Prepares and maintains a detailed schedule for areas of responsibility and ensures timely execution.
