The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and quality control on Tilt Wall and commercial concrete projects. The position requires extensive field experience, bilingual ability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of experience in commercial concrete construction (from listing).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead on safety and coach team; daily reporting and toolbox talks.
• Review drawings and updates; plan work and alert PM to issues.
• Control budgets and push work safely and productively within budget.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients on-site; set expectations.
