Seneca Companies Inc., an OWL Services affiliated company, seeks a Service Professional II in Aurora, IL. The role involves repairing electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical petroleum equipment with frequent site visits and strong customer service focus.

You will troubleshoot, install, program, and test equipment, while communicating with dispatch and maintaining service narratives and time/repair records. A high school diploma and 3+ years of repair experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in mechanical, fuel, electrical systems or related repair work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Class E license in MO mentioned in job posting.
• Hazwoper and Wayne certifications preferred prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair petroleum equipment while delivering superior customer service.
• Troubleshoot and repair to ensure proper operation; install, program and test newly installed equipment.
• Daily driving between customer locations and project sites; coordinate with dispatch on status of work orders.
• Communicate with the service dispatch team on work order status and paperwork; submit time and repairs.
• Collaborate and train with other service technicians on servicing/repairing/installing equipment.
• Monitor parts inventory in the service vehicle and manage transfers/returns.
