Motorola Solutions in Maryland is seeking an experienced Onsite Field Service Technician for our US Federal Government Markets Division. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing production equipment across client sites with substantial travel (50%+), ensuring contractual obligations are met and documentation is accurate.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of industrial equipment experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls on customer systems.
• Schedule and complete PM work to meet contractual obligations.
• Install, repair, and calibrate production equipment and sensors.
• Document Work Orders, status, and notes accurately.
• Provide memos to other technicians as needed.
