Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Electrical Field Service Technician in Sterling, Virginia. This role involves performing testing on medium- and high-voltage equipment, with responsibilities extending to field services and team leadership. Ideal candidates should have 2 to 8+ years of relevant electrical testing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. Compensation is based on certification level, offering hourly rates ranging from $35 to $85+, along with additional benefits including travel coverage, per diem, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of electrical testing experience, depending on level.
• Familiarity with NETA standards and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on medium- and high-voltage equipment.
• Conduct arc-flash and shock hazard evaluations as required.
• Mentor junior technicians and trainees.
