Job summary

Tom Trese is seeking an Electrical Field Service Technician in Omaha, NE, to handle testing and maintenance of medium- and high-voltage equipment. Candidates should have 2-8+ years of experience and a strong understanding of power distribution systems. NETA or NICET EPT certifications are preferred. The position requires some travel (up to 50%) and offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $35 to over $85 depending on experience and certification level. Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of electrical testing experience depending on level.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing per NETA standards.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed field reports.
• Support or lead field crews, mentoring junior technicians.
