Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in service/technician roles.
• Valid Driver License.
• Completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficiency with computer use, MS Office and relevant dealer software (not required but desirable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs on customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment necessary to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specs.
• Document repairs and track repair times using appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses vs estimates and notify supervisor of cost overruns.
• Work safely, follow policies, and contribute to team safety and quality standards.
• Mentor others in the department and participate in training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
