Job summary

OWL Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Professional IV to repair electronic, hydraulic and mechanical petroleum equipment while delivering top-tier customer service. This role requires daily travel to customer sites and project locations, with a focus on safe, compliant operation.

You will communicate with the dispatch team, document work orders and repairs clearly, and support training of other technicians.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanical systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, construction or related repair work.
  • Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver’s license and safety certifications; driver’s license and driving record good; formal technical training common.
  • Technical Abilities: Electrical knowledge and mechanical abilities; ability to operate mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and service electronic, hydraulic and mechanical petroleum equipment at customer sites.
  • Communicate with dispatch; open/close work orders; document repairs.
  • Collaborate with other service technicians on servicing, repairing and installing equipment.
  • Maintain accuracy of parts inventory and handle transfers/returns.
