Senior Field Sales Engineer - Electronics

Eaton’s Electronics division is seeking a Senior Field Sales Engineer - Electronics to join our team. This position is located in Franklin, MA and focuses on electronics. What You’ll Do

• Drive demand creation and share gain at OEM and EMS accounts.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to design-in Eaton Electronics solutions.
• Interface directly with OEMs and EMSs within the Americas in the assigned territory and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Design in Eaton Electronics solutions and increase Eaton share in the marketplace.
• Be assigned a territory based on significance to the company and strategic accounts.
• Partner with regional sales director and regional sales manager for strategic direction.
• Spend the majority of time at key accounts within driving range.
• Independently develop and implement action plans targeted at YOY growth and agreed performance levels.
• Make recommendations to management regarding potential challenges or issues on a case-by-case basis, offering solutions and pro-actively scheduling sales calls.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Candidates must currently reside within 100 miles of Franklin, MA – no relocation will be provided for this role. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Electronics sales and technical selling
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an outside sales or field application role

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $116,438.00 - $170,775.00. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
