A leading engineering firm in New York is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple infrastructure projects with the MTA. This role involves managing project compliance, mentoring contractors, and ensuring quality control from procurement to closeout. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in construction management, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary within a range of $84,700 to $172,800.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of full-time experience in Design and/or Construction Management.
• Infrastructure construction experience with MTA or similar public agency.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while adhering to budget and schedule.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects from Procurement through Construction and Closeout.
• Perform constructability reviews and support MTA Procurement Division.
• Visit construction sites to monitor compliance and performance.
