Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations to life across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, and on-site execution for consumer sampling programs and brand experiences, coordinating with activation, operations, sales, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least three years of experience serving as the primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, warehouse partners, field teams, and concurrent operational workstreams.
• Strong project-management, financial, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience within CPG, food and beverage, consumer sampling, or experiential marketing.
• Experience managing national tours, sporting events, festivals, retail activations, or cultural tentpoles.
• Experience with refrigerated products, cold-chain logistics, food safety, and third-party warehouse operations.
• Experience managing branded vehicles, trailers, mobile sampling units, generators, refrigeration, and commercial event equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT requirements, inventory systems, asset-management programs, and operational standard operating procedures.
• Food-handler, ServSafe, first-aid, CPR, DOT, or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Event Production and Execution: Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, readiness checklists; oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out.
• Logistics, Product, and Inventory Management: Move product, vehicles, equipment, and assets; manage carriers, drivers, schedules, and cold-chain; reconcile inventory and waste.
• Warehouse and Asset Management: Receive, store, deploy, and return activation materials; track inventory and asset records; maintain packing and labeling standards; inspect assets for safety and readiness.
• Budget and Vendor Management: Develop and manage budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel; define vendor scopes and KPIs.
• Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management: Ensure food-safety, transportation, venue, health compliance; inspect equipment; develop contingency plans.
• Travel and Physical Requirements: Up to 75% travel across the United States; early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays; operate in warehouses and venues.
