Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of procurement formation, administration, and closeout for purchase orders and rental agreements.

Responsibilities

• Formation and administration of field equipment, tools, and consumables purchases and rentals, coordinating vendor activity.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor vendor performance with input from procurement and operations.
• Participates in negotiations of terms and conditions, consulting legal when needed.
• Tracks commitments and coordinates rental extensions with construction.
• Ensures timely vendor payments with AP and construction to resolve issues.
