Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field process engineers and technical professionals.
• Build a high-performance culture through mentoring, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee escalation support for complex technical issues beyond standard troubleshooting.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Ensure field teams stay current with emerging technologies, product enhancements, and processes.
• Drive knowledge sharing, technical training, and best practice adoption across the field organization.
