Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Field Operations Leader to drive the 2026 Automated Robotics (AR) or Sub Same Day (SSD) facilities. You will lead field teams responsible for installation, integration, and commissioning of mission-critical projects, building high-performing teams to meet safety, timeline, cost, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing AR/SSD/IBIS sites with team sizes of 11, 7, or 5, establishing standardized work, and collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• 7+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
• Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.
• Experience scaling teams and operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience implementing standardized work processes and operational excellence initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop field teams of 11 people per AR site, 7 people per SSD site, or 5 people per IBIS/Autostore site.
• Establish a relentless high bar in safety and quality of installations.
• Drive end-to-end accountability for installation, integration, and commissioning of complex projects.
• Establish standardized work processes, training programs, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Central and Quality teams to define and achieve safety, timeline, cost, and quality metrics.
• Develop site leaders who own installations through standardized work and training.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
