Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operation, maintenance, and service execution at customer sites.

This on-site role in Cumberland County, NJ requires ensuring safety, uptime, SLA adherence, and strong customer relationships while coordinating with Remote Monitoring, Engineering and Field Service teams. The candidate will own site performance metrics, drive improvements, and manage vendor and field resources to deliver reliable energy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations.
• 10–15 years in plant operations, power generation, or industrial O&M.
• Experience working under strict SLA requirements.
• Strong leadership and cross-regional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site O&M site as primary operational owner.
• Lead daily O&M routines, inspections, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and audit readiness.
