Job summary

RMI seeks a Senior Field Provider to manage emergent and non-emergency medical care at worksites worldwide, including drilling rigs and high-density sites. The role covers routine medical services, safety checks of gear, and governing protocols across remote deployments.

In addition to clinical duties, you will support the Clinical Operations team in quality assurance and provide direct support to field clinical staff, ensuring compliance with MERP, FOM, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years as an independent and fully qualified paramedic.
• US National Registry Paramedic and/or US State Licensed/Certified Paramedic.
• Experience in remote medical support; offshore wind industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to project sites globally.
• Train deployed medical staff in line with RMI protocols, policies and procedures.
• Manage patient data using RMI EHR system.
• Report on medical treatments in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies for emergency use.
