DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician in Cedar Creek, TX. The role focuses on field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specs and industry standards.

Strong preference for ACI, NICET, TxDOT, or related certifications. Responsibilities include performing various field tests, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining safety on site while communicating with dispatch and clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt and field testing procedures
• ACI, NICET, TxDOT or related certifications preferred
• Dependable transportation and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DISA drug screen and background check
• TWIC card preferred and physically able to lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials.
• Conduct concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, cylinders).
• Perform soil compaction testing (sand cone or nuclear density).
• Complete Proctor testing, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and soil classification tests.
• Perform asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling.
• Monitor pile installation and document capacity and blow counts.
• Prepare accurate field and laboratory reports.
• Maintain safety and proper vehicle operation on site.
