Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• 7+ years in high-volume manufacturing with multi-site deployment.
• Strong understanding of production systems and scale.
• Proven electromechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel between facilities and supplier locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, installation, and ramp-up of advanced manufacturing equipment across sites.
• Own performance, reliability, and safety of production equipment.
• Direct root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, controls, and process domains.
• Drive improvements via data-driven experimentation and standardization.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop specifications, procedures, and maintenance documents.
• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to define requirements and validate equipment.
• Support PLC/HMI interactions and automation troubleshooting.
• Ensure ergonomic, safety, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Identify critical spare parts and lead preventive maintenance strategy.
