Job summary

RWDY Inc is seeking a Maintenance Operator in Carlsbad, NM to perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance across oil and gas facilities, wells, batteries, and plants. You will work a 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

shift on an approximately six‑month assignment, with a pay rate of $75.05/hr and a $50/day vehicle allowance. The requirements include a high school diploma or GED and six or more years of relevant experience; CMPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Six+ years of relevant oil and gas facility maintenance experience.
• CMRP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on valves and pumping equipment.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance Planners, Operations Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and EH&S.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead job planning, cost tracking, and reporting of maintenance expenses.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Maintain company equipment and productive working relationships with landowners and agencies.
