Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
• Five years of insurance claims investigative experience.
• Experience handling interviews and statements in investigations.
• Knowledge of city, state, and local regulations and case law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of suspected fraud or other illegal activities against GEICO.
• Interview, perform database inquiries, take statements, and locate sources of information and witnesses.
• Evaluate information to determine credibility and coordinate investigation assignments to outside agencies.
• Provide training and support to all departments in the claims handling process.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to GEICO policies; reside commutable to Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
