Qualifications

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; within 6 months of hire required.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
ASHE, CHC or relevant market certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports review and implementation of engineering plans aligned with project specs and quality.
Coordinates with project managers, field staff, self-perform team, superintendents and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
Conducts detailed site inspections and assessments independently, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Supports the preparation and validation of technical documentation, including daily progress reports and as-built records.
Drives process improvements by analyzing general field operations and recommending innovative methods or technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
