Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Industrial construction experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
• Must be proficient in construction documentation.
• Demonstrated flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress.
• Maintains contact with subcontractors and administers contracts.
• Supports project manager in managing project performance.
