Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• 1–2.5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Good reading/writing skills and sound judgment helpful for field work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance and compliance with Weatherford policies and safety rules.
• Interface with clients on well-site operations and oversee field personnel.
• Plan, prepare tools and equipment, mobilize, execute, and document job data for invoicing.
• Conduct safety meetings, risk assessments, and JHA to ensure a safe work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
• Monitor data to recommend services and solutions, and lead investigations if needed.
