Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience with surveying techniques and equipment.
• Commitment to safety and quality; OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and standards to support project schedules.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretations, conflicts, interferences, and related issues.
• Prepares, updates and distributes work activity schedules and communicates across teams.
• Prepare RFIs and related submittals; coordinate with subcontractors and management.
• Coordinate field engineering activities with construction management; monitor daily field process.
• Provide layout checks and technical reviews to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
