ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to support the Electrical Power Services team. This senior field resource plans, leads, and performs commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and startup activities for substation protection, control, automation, and related power systems.

The role requires independent evaluation of complex systems, analysis of test results, and the ability to mentor field service personnel while ensuring safe, high-quality project execution.

ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to join our Electrical Power Services team. This position serves as a senior technical field resource responsible for planning, leading, and performing commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and startup activities for substation protection, control, automation, and associated electrical power systems.

The Senior Field Engineer independently evaluates complex protection and control systems, analyzes test results, resolves technical issues, develops recommendations, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to field service personnel.

This role supports safe project execution, technical quality, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

Pay: $72.00–$80.00 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
