Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Oxnard, CA is seeking friendly, energetic team members to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through in-store demos and sampling. This part-time role offers growth opportunities, and training is provided.

You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding while setting up and breaking down demos; the position requires reliability, 18+ years old, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available 4+ days per week including Sundays and Mondays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assignment location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and product sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding tasks.
• Set up and break down demos, and assist with interviewing new team members.
