Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Lead Field DDC Engineer to design, develop, and deliver Delta Controls DDC-based building automation for large-scale data center projects. This senior role combines hands-on programming with project leadership across design, commissioning, and turnover.

You will guide engineering teams, review work, mentor colleagues, and ensure high-quality, scalable DDC deliverables, including enteliWEB and related integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DDC programming or building automation
• 2+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience in field operations
• Expert-level proficiency with Delta Controls GCL+ and related tools
• Hands-on experience with enteliWEB deployment, configuration, and commissioning
• Experience programming complex HVAC systems including central plants, chillers, boilers

Responsibilities

• Lead the DDC engineering scope across projects from design through commissioning and turnover
• Define project-level control strategies, DDC architecture, configurations, and network design
• Coordinate DDC deliverables across project teams, vendors, and field teams
• Provide technical leadership during client meetings, design reviews, and issue-resolution discussions
• Lead design and development of Delta Controls DDC systems using GCL+
• Develop and implement control logic for HVAC systems
• Guide integration with enteliWEB, Ignition SCADA, and other facility platforms
• Ensure DDC logic is reliable, scalable, and aligned with requirements
• Mentor Field DDC Engineers and review code and designs
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
