Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline preferred but not required.
• 3 to 6 years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Proven ability to direct the work of others including subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents and schedule.
• Maintain safety inspections and enforce safety standards on site.
• Recruit and hire top industry talent for Clark team.
• Develop cost-saving plans and manage budgets for assigned areas.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to win the right work.
• Ensure on-time milestone dates and delivery of materials and equipment for the area(s) assigned.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost variances and implement remedies.
