Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Field Clinical Specialist for Shockwave Medical in Colorado/Wyoming. You will provide case support for peripheral and coronary procedures, train physicians and staff, and support clinical studies in pre- and post-market phases.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel >50%. You will help ensure data collection and protocol adherence while advancing IVL initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, nursing or related field.
• 2 years' experience supporting interventional or surgical procedures or 1 year in life sciences sales support.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines for clinical trials.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory agencies on studies and releases.
• Product knowledge and medical device reporting understanding.
• Strong attention to detail, budgeting and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician and hospital staff training and procedural case coverage.
• Meet internal and external customer needs with urgency and focus.
• Present clinical study materials and ensure safe use of devices.
• Manage study investigators and maintain relationships with clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with research teams for site retraining and data collection.
• Handle administrative tasks including travel and budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
