Job summary

Consor is seeking a Resident Engineer to support transportation construction projects through all phases, providing field contract administration and coordination for programs of diverse and complex nature. The resident engineer reports to the project manager.

Salary range is $110,000 to $250,000 per year, reflecting market rates for U.S. field construction management roles and eligible for growth within a national consulting environment.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering or construction management.
• Ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• outdoor field environment exposure may occur.
• Physical demands such as lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of projects through the construction cycle, including technical and financial aspects.
• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Assist with contractor coordination and scheduling.
• Maintain budget and schedule with adherence to contracts.
• Provide construction monitoring and weekly status reports.
