Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Field Applications Specialist to validate instrument installations and support customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role blends hands-on validation work with remote support to ensure laboratory readiness and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams (Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, Customer Training) and travel up to 90% to install, calibrate, and demonstrate instrument performance in diverse lab environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with industry experience in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation.
• Knowledge of laboratory regulatory environments (CAP, CLIA, COLA) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% as part of field support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Validate new Chemistry and Immunoassay instrument installations and calibrations.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support, including customer training on instrument operation.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Training teams to ensure customer readiness.
